Mahendra Singh Dhoni is all set to tie the knots and keep all speculations regarding his marriage to RIP. In a hush-hush ceremony in Dehradun on July 3, 2010, Dhoni exchanged rings with Sakshi Singh Rawat and rumours are ripe that a nuptial will be underway in the next 24 hours.
Teammates such as Harbhajan Singh and Suresh Raina gathered to attend the event, and Bollywood movie star John Abraham was also reportedly present.
Dhoni's surprise engagement was only reported on Sunday morning but television channels and newspapers said the couple had been dating discreetly for two years.
"It has been on the cards for a long time now, and both families thought the time was right to formalise the relationship," an unnamed relative told the Indian Express.
The would-be-bride, Sakhi Singh Rawat is a friend of the Indian skipper since childhood days and attended DAV school in Shamily, Ranchi along with Dhoni.
